Change your Output from whatever your normal output is, in this case external headphones for me on my MacPro. All you need to do is go to System Preferences and then go to Sound. You don't have to setup anything special to do a simple capture of the audio. So once you have the installer you just double click it to run and walk through the steps. I chose the simple two channel version instead of the sixteen channel version. Now you actually have a choice between two downloads.
